Find practical resources
Get help researching home care agencies, adult day programs, transportation, and meal delivery. Choose a resource plan with a phone consultation or a written plan delivered entirely by email.
Organize the next steps
Use written plans, shared calendars, and task tracking to keep family responsibilities clear. The 90-Day Care Coordination Package includes ongoing email support.
Make space for caregiver support
Talk through caregiver stress, boundaries, and coping strategies in a Caregiver Coaching Call, with a written summary afterward.
Stay connected
Family Check-In Calls provide social phone conversations with an older adult and written family summaries. Four calls are included per paid month.

Start with a free call. We will talk about the practical support your family needs and which service may fit.
Choose your service. Review the scope, price, delivery details, and purchase policies on the Services & Pricing page. Payment is due before paid services begin.
Share the logistics. Complete the short intake after payment, then receive the phone or email support included in your selected service.

Can I arrange support from outside Virginia?
Yes. The person receiving care must live in Virginia, but the family member purchasing services may live anywhere.
Are appointments in person or by video?
All services are delivered by phone or email. There are no in-person visits or video calls.
Do you guarantee a provider or an available opening?
No. Providers and organizations set their own availability, eligibility, waitlists, and timelines. Grace-Way does not accept referral fees.
How do I cancel monthly services?
Email hello@gracewaycareandwellness.com at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. Unused calls do not roll over.
